Experience Institute is a research agency which began as Fundacja Obserwatorium Zarządzania (today known as Digital Knowledge Observatory), under its banner, for 18 years we have been gaining experience in employee and consumer research.
Today, as an independent research agency, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research in the field of HR and marketing. Every day we look for, observe, measure and try to understand human habits, motivations, behaviours and emotions (concerning employees, clients and consumers).
Two types of research we carry out give the possibility of certification. In this way, we appreciate companies highly valued by their customers and employees. We award them with the emblems of the Customer-Friendly Company and Investor in Human Capital, which are recognized in Poland.
